To process your travel approval we collect the information you provide in the application: full name, passport details, nationality, contact details (email and phone), travel dates, and payment confirmation. We do not collect more than the application requires.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to prepare and submit your travel approval application, to notify you about its status, and to provide customer support. We never sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing
Your application data is shared only with the competent authorities that issue the travel approval and with our payment provider for transaction processing. Both are bound to their own legal confidentiality obligations.
Storage and security
Data is stored on encrypted servers and access is limited to staff who process your application. Approved documents and application data are retained only as long as required by law, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your personal data, ask for corrections, or request deletion at any time by contacting [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
