The service
Umratak is a private processing service that prepares and submits Umrah visa applications on your behalf. Umratak is not a government body, and the final decision on any application is always made by the competent authorities.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Errors in names, passport numbers, or travel dates can lead to delays or rejection. Review your application carefully before payment.
Fees and payment
The total price, including government fees and our service fee, is shown before you pay. Payment is accepted in AED, EGP, and SDG. Prices are fixed at checkout — no additional charges afterwards.
Processing
Typical processing takes about 24 hours. All fees are non-refundable once your application has been submitted. If the authorities refuse entry, the visa fee is likewise non-refundable.
Refunds and cancellation
Once your payment is confirmed, your application is sent to the government immediately for processing. For this reason, payments are non-refundable once the application has been filed, and the visa cannot be cancelled afterwards.
Liability
Umratak is liable for the correct preparation and submission of your application. Umratak is not liable for decisions of the authorities, border-control outcomes, or costs such as flights and accommodation.
